  1. At one point in my life I was a Gym rat, you know the one that would get upset if I had to miss the Gym and had to do something to make up for it when I got home. Now some years later I am paying the price for that. I no longer have a disk in my lower back and my neck is about the same. O yea and my shoulder sockets are all but gone  from doing so much bench pressing. Being in shape is one of the best things we can do for ourselves and others but always remember to much of anything is to much. You must and I repeat you must mix up your workouts, change often like ever 3 to 4 weeks. Now I couldn’t workout with weights no matter how bad I want to. Being the man of steel came with a great price for me. That old saying if I had it to do over again, but now it far to late. This is a great video and what he is telling us is very true, just keep in mined don’t just stick to the same thing change up and change often for the best results and over all health.
